I suspect that the recent bottling has upset the balance somewhat and my rating offers the benefit of the doubt that a year of bottle aging will allow this to better harmonize
Griffe Cap d'Or Size:12x750ml GuérippesThe 2000 displays more smoke and earth along with plenty of black cherry and currant fruit. The wine is lush, heady, and seductive. Drink it over the next 3 4 years.
