2023 Canalicchio di Sopra, Rosso di Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy Chateau Haut-Brion Yeast: indigenousSangiovese from estate vineyards in Canalicchio (and occasionally Montosoli), fermented with native yeasts and aged 12 months in large Slavonian oak. Soils of clay and marl contribute both structure and lift.
